Driver Partner or Delivery Partner Information

To assess your eligibility to provide services as a driver partner or delivery partner, we may collect:

Through your use of our services: We collect data such as your location, feedback, ratings, compliments, transaction details, and how you interact with our apps and websites.

Device information: This includes hardware model, serial number, IP addresses, file and app names and versions, GPS location, IMEI number.

Telematics data: Such as speed, acceleration, and braking data.

In-app communication: We may collect personal data you enter in messages when you use our in-app communication features.

1.3. Personal Data from Third Parties

Social Media Interactions

When you interact with our social media pages, we may collect:

  • Social media account ID
  • Profile photo

From social media: When you interact with our social media pages or use social media logins to verify your identity, we may collect your social media account ID, profile photo, and any other publicly available data.

From partners: Some partners may install personal in-vehicle applications or devices in their vehicles for their own purposes.

3.1 Passengers and Driver Partners

We may share your:

  • Pick-up and Drop-off Location
  • Personal Data (name, photo, vehicle make, model, plate number, location, and average rating)

We may share your username, pick-up and drop-off locations with our driver partner fulfilling your service request. If you are a driver partner, we may share your personal data with your passenger, including your name and photo, your vehicle make, model, number plate, location, and average rating.

3.2 Delivery Services

We may share your personal data with our delivery partner and selected merchant-partner, including your booking details and drop-off location.

3.3 Loyalty Programs and Marketing Activities

If you are participating in loyalty programs or marketing activities organized by our merchant-partners, we may share your personal data with them, including your name and contact details.

3.4 Delivery Partners

  • Personal Data (name, photo, vehicle make, model, location, and average rating)

If you are a delivery partner, we may share your personal data with your selected merchant-partner and user, including your name and photo, your vehicle make, model, location, and average rating.

3.5 Shipment Delivery

We may share:

We may share your personal data with the recipient of your parcel, and vice versa, as well as the delivery partner in charge of fulfilling your service request.

3.6 In-App Chat Service

We may share:

  • Mobile Number
  • Trackrr-registered name

If you use our in-app chat service, we may share your mobile number and Trackrr-registered name with the other parties to your chat.

3.7 With Administrators of Trackrr Accounts You May Use

Business Accounts: Your employer may receive transaction data (tagged as business expenses) when you use your employer’s Trackrr for Business account. The administrator of any community group to which you link your Trackrr account may receive transaction data when you carry out a transaction.

3.8 With Our Affiliates and Subsidiaries

Contractors, service providers, and other third parties

We share personal data with our subsidiaries, associated companies, jointly controlled entities, and affiliates. The companies in the Trackrr group share resources, such as infrastructure and technology, with each other to provide you with a consistent, relevant, and secure experience when you use our products or services, and for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. For example, we do this to make your experience more seamless, such as by automatically completing your registration information from your use of one Trackrr product or service when you sign up for a new Trackrr product or service.

3.9 With Service Providers and Business Partners

We may provide personal data to our vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, and other service providers or business partners. This includes:

  • Payment processors and facilitators
  • Debt collectors
  • Credit bureaus, alternative credit scoring agencies, and any other credit reporting organizations
  • Background check and anti-money laundering service providers
  • Cloud storage providers
  • Document storage and management providers
  • Advertising and marketing partners and platform providers

  • Research partners, including those performing surveys or research projects in partnership with Trackrr or on Trackrr’s behalf

  • Vehicle solutions partners, vendors, or third-party vehicle suppliers

For example:

  • If you requested a service through a Trackrr partner or used a promotion provided by a Trackrr partner, Trackrr may share your personal data with that Trackrr partner.
  • If you have rented a vehicle from our recommended fleet partners to drive with Trackrr, we may share relevant information (e.g., the status of your account, applicable incentives/promotions, your ride statistics) for collaborative efforts (e.g., creating new incentives and benefits for you or improving the supply of driver partners).

We may share your personal data with our legal advisors, law enforcement officials, government authorities, and other third parties. This may take place to fulfill the legal purposes (mentioned above) or under any of the following circumstances:

  • Where it is necessary in the public interest (e.g., in a public health crisis, for contact tracing purposes, and safeguarding our community)

3.11 Business Transfers

We may share your personal data with other parties in connection with any acquisitions, sales, mergers, joint ventures, consolidations, restructuring, financing, or any other type of business transactions. Your personal data will, however, remain subject to our obligations made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice that you have agreed to.

4. Trackrr’s Relationship with Users and Clients

How Trackrr for Business Works

Trackrr for Business is an add-on feature designed for organizations ("Client") to facilitate corporate billing for their Authorized Users' (e.g., employees) use of Trackrr’s services during work.

When a Client utilizes Trackrr for Business, Authorized Users can tag their rides or other transactions. Trackrr will disclose detailed trip and booking information tagged for business purposes to the Client. However, no other personal data of Authorized Users will be disclosed to the Client.

Trackrr is a Data Controller, and so are Our Clients

Regarding any User and the processing of their personal data, Trackrr acts as a data controller. For further information on how Trackrr collects, uses, and discloses Users' personal data, please refer to the Trackrr Privacy Policy.

Due to the way Trackrr for Business operates, Trackrr does not process any personal data on behalf of the Client. Therefore, Trackrr is not the data processor for the Client but an independent data controller concerning all personal data it processes while providing the Trackrr for Business feature. Similarly, the Client is an independent data controller for the personal data it discloses to and/or receives from Trackrr.

As independent controllers, Trackrr and the Client individually determine the purposes and means of processing personal data, subject to the provisions in the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. Both trackrr and the Client are individually responsible for ensuring the protection of the personal data under their control.

5. Personal Data Collected, Processed, and Disclosed

What Trackrr Collects as Part of Trackrr for Business

To provide the Trackrr for Business feature, the User or the Client will need to provide the following information about the User to Trackrr:

  • Full name
  • Business email address
  • Other identifying information as reasonably requested by Trackrr

Trackrr will use this information to:

  • Authenticate the User
  • Where applicable, link the Authorized User’s account with the Client’s Trackrr for
  • Business account or track the Authorized User’s business profile bookings on the app
  • Verify the Corporate Billing status of such Authorized User from time to time
  • Contact the User following the purposes set out in the Trackrr Privacy Policy

Upon onboarding a User to the app, Trackrr will process the User’s personal data per the Kynatech Privacy Policy and this Addendum.

What Trackrr Discloses to Its Clients

Trackrr will disclose relevant trip and booking information as determined by Trackrr from time to time to the Client to facilitate Corporate Billing.

What Trackrr Discloses to its Individual Users

Depending on the business profile settings selected by the individual user, the user may retrieve and generate reports containing their relevant trip and booking information.

6. Parties’ Obligations

The Client and Trackrr Shall Each:

  • Individually inform their data subjects how each processes personal data and allow their data subjects to exercise their rights under local data protection/data privacy laws
  • Comply with the obligations applicable to each party under the applicable data protection/data privacy laws when processing any personal data of the Proposed or Authorized Users
  • Obtain the necessary consents (if applicable) for disclosing personal data to facilitate the provision of the Trackrr for Business feature
  • Implement appropriate legal, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against unauthorized loss, destruction, damage, alteration, or disclosure, as well as any breach or attempted breach of its security measures (“Information Security Incident”)

7. Retention of Personal Data

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data.

You have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your data.
